Welcome to Jump City Inflatable Rentals (“Jump City,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By booking with us or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

Please review them carefully—our goal is to make everything transparent and simple, so your event planning stays stress-free.

1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental. The remaining balance is due prior to or at delivery.
• We accept major credit cards and may accept other forms of payment upon request.
• Orders under $200 may be subject to a small-order fee or limited delivery range.

2. Cancellations & Weather Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable, but we offer rain checks valid for up to one year if cancellation is due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• For cancellations made at least 7 days in advance, we’ll issue a full credit toward a future rental.
• In the event of unsafe weather (high winds, lightning, etc.), Jump City reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel delivery.

3. Delivery & Setup

• We offer free delivery within 25 miles of Minneapolis on orders that meet the minimum value.
• Delivery is typically the day before your event, with pickup the day after, at no additional cost.
• Setup and takedown are handled by our trained team. A responsible adult must be present during setup.
• Clear access and a clean setup location are required. We reserve the right to decline setup if conditions are unsafe or inaccessible.

4. Equipment Use

• All inflatables must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, pets, or silly string inside or near inflatables.
• If our equipment is damaged due to negligence, the customer may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

5. Safety & Cleanliness Guarantee

We take safety and cleanliness seriously—because your peace of mind matters.

• All units are sanitized between every rental using hospital-grade disinfectants.
• We stand by our promise: If it’s not clean or it’s not on time, it’s FREE.
• We reserve the right to refuse setup or require early takedown if we believe continued use would pose a risk to participants or equipment.

6. Liability Waiver

• You are responsible for the safety and supervision of all participants during the event.
• Jump City is not liable for injuries or accidents occurring during equipment use unless caused by our gross negligence.
• You agree to hold harmless Jump City, its employees, and representatives from any claims related to your rental.

7. Privacy & Data Use

• We collect only the information needed to process and manage your order.
• We will never sell or share your data without your consent.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
