RAIN POLICY: If weather looks bad on your party date there is no fee to cancel as long as it is 24 hours away from your party time. Your deposit will then be a credit with Jump City to use for 1 year. If it is within 24 hours you can still cancel but your deposit will be forfeited as we have our routes arranged the day before delivery.

In the event you cancel the 24 hours prior to your event and then wake up on the party day morning and weather looks great you can give Jump City a call to reschedule your inflatable. Since routes and trailers are loaded the day prior we will do our best to get your inflatable to you on time and will make sure to keep you up to date on our ETA.

If winds exceed 20 MPH, lighting occurs or if it is raining everyone must exit the inflatable and wait until the weather passes. Once the bad weather has passed use towels to wipe down the inflatable and blower before turning it on. Once you turn it on continue to wipe the inside of the inflatable as the surface is super slippery.

Does the price include set up and delivery?

Yes, although additional fees may apply for longer travel areas. Remember prices do not include sales tax. Check our Service Area to see the delivery rate for your city.

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

If the weather turns bad, there is no fee to cancel as long as you inform us 24 hours before we set up. The deposit amount will be saved as a rain check available for credit within 1 year, in your name. If you cancel within 24 hours your deposit will be forfited. Once we have set up, we have to pay our employees for their hard work and therefore we require full payment regardless of use. Note: Unless, the weather is so bad as to risk our equipment, we leave the decision up to you since your area might not be affected by weather conditions as much as another. Our main safety concern is wind. When winds go higher than 20 MPH, jumps become unsafe regardless of our tie down methods. If you are concerned, please call our office. 763-355-1023 Ext 2

We can set up on grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Setting up in grass is preferred and free of charge. Setting up on pavement, concrete, turf or indoor requires additional set up items as in sandbags, tarps etc. These charges will be added when you choose your surface setup option. Sorry, we can’t set up on sand or any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl units.

We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.
